Standard Chartered has announced the appointment of Andrea Casati as the bank’s new head of client development, global banking, effective May 6.
Casati pictured joins the bank from UniCredit, where he held a most recent role as vice chair, advisory and financing solutions. Based in Hong Kong, he is tasked to work with product and coverage partners to deepen key relationships in clients’ sectors and help drive cross-sell for the bank, according to an April 24 media release.
He reports to Henrik Raber, global head of global banking, and will be a member of the global banking management team.
