Citi launches regional sales mentorship scheme

The NextGen programme is operating across 16 markets in Asia Pacific and includes training for "soft and technical skills".

US-headquartered global banking giant Citi has launched a mentorship programme called NextGen across Japan, Asia North and Australia and Asia South. The programme is targeted at the next generation of leaders across its markets' sales business in the region. 

The programme is aiming to support markets' sales for associate vice presidents AVPs and vice presidents VPs with their career growth. 

The course focuses on mentorship such as connecting with senior leaders networking growth such as “soft and technical skills” and learning and development.

The markets included in the programme are mainland China, Hong Kong, Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, Australia...
