Citi names Christie Chang as Taiwan CEO and chairman

Chang, president of Citibank Taiwan and vice chair of Asia North corporate banking, will succeed Aftab Ahmed, who is retiring, on April 1.

Citi has appointed Christie Chang as the chief executive officer CEO for Taiwan and the chairman of Citibank Taiwan, succeeding Aftab Ahmed, who is set to retire after 50 years of service with the US bank.

Chang pictured will oversee Citi’s operations in Taiwan with the appointment effective April 1. Chang will report to Marc Luet, head of Japan, Asia North Australia and banking, according to a Frbaruay 5 media release. 

Chang has 35 years of experience at Citi and currently serves as president of Citibank Taiwan and is vice chair of Asia North corporate banking.
