Brickley, who will be based in Singapore, joins the company on 1 May and will focus on the capital markets and MA areas for the firm.
With experience as a US corporate lawyer in securities, MA and venture capital financing, Brickley has spent the previous three years as managing partner of the four Asian offices of New York-based Winthrop, Stimson, Putnam Roberts now Pillsbury Winthrop LLP.
