Victor Ho has shifted to the Shanghai offices of Allen Overy, where he will work as a partner alongside managing partner Simon Black.
Ho's experience in the PRC legal world has included cross-border MA, joint ventures, direct investments, private equity, venture capital and general corporate and commercial advisory across a variety of industries. Most recently, he has been involved in investments in the financial services industry and MA transactions involving state-owned enterprises.
