New headhunting firms starts

Andrew Farish goes it alone establishing a new headhunting firm in Hong Kong.

Andrew Farish has established a new financial executive search firm under the name of Morrison Farish. The new firm will have a primary focus on the equity and equity-linked markets with some secondary coverage of the fixed income market. It will be based in Hong Kong.

Until last year Farish was a managing director of executive search firm Alexander Mann Hong Kong, being a founding member of the team and responsible for the firm's equity market coverage. Prior to Alexander Mann, Farish was a director at Stephens Associates. He first came to Hong Kong in 1996 as an associate director with Pelham Search Pacific.
