Loretta Lau has joined internaional law firm Simmons Simmons as a partner in the firm's Hong Kong corporate practice. She will focus on corporate finance and MA deals in Hong Kong and China.
She joins Simmons from Richards Butler where she was also a partner, and where she focused on MA, restructuring, privatizations and equity capital markets work, especially in the TMT sector.
