Citi appoints Rob Chan as head of Asia ECM Syndicate

Hong Kong-based Chan has been with the US bank since 2003 and is currently responsible for Apac equity-linked origination.

Global US banking giant Citi has announced that Rob Chan will take up the role of head of ECM Syndicate for Asia, effective immediately. 

Hong Kong-based Chan pictured has been with Citi since 2003 and is currently responsible for the bank's Apac equity-linked origination, which he will continue to run until a replacement is announced, a statement from the bank said. 

In his new role as head of Asia ECM Syndicate, Chan will work closely with banking, markets and risk teams in marketing and distribution, across all of Citi’s equity and equity-linked transactions in Asia.
