Hogan Lovells boosts DCM team in Singapore with Linklaters hire

Phill Hall has worked across Apac on a range of international capital markets transactions, including debt issues, covered bonds and Islamic finance, including in India and Australasia.

Global law firm Hogan Lovells has appointed Phill Hall as a corporate finance partner in its capital markets practice area.

Singapore-based Hall pictured joined the law firm this month from Linklaters, where was most recently counsel, Singapore, according to his LinkedIn profile.

He has advised underwriters and issuers on a range of international capital markets transactions across India, Asia Pacific Apac and Australasia, according to an April 15 media release. This includes the areas of convertibleexchangeable bonds, medium-term note programs, covered bonds, green and ESG bonds, Islamic finance, regulatory capital, perpetual securities, straight debt issues, and liability management transactions.
